Article 15.Payment for accreditation and monitoring works (Law of Ukraine “On Accreditation of Conformity Assessment Bodies”)

 

The amount and procedure of payment for accreditation and monitoring works are established by the national accreditation body of Ukraine in accordance with the methodology for determining the cost of such works, approved by the central executive authority, providing the formation of state policy in the field of economic development (Order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of 05.09.2012r № 973 “On Approval of the Methodology for determining the cost of accreditation and monitoring works”, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 14, 2012.
